Quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary due to:

Scheduled appointments may be adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, traffic conditions, mechanical issues, or prior job delays.

Payments

Invoices are due according to agreed payment terms. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or collection actions where permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, permits, and fees unless otherwise stated.

Jobsite Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

• Safe and legal site access

• Adequate workspace and clearances

• Accurate load information

• Required permits and approvals

• Proper site conditions for crane operation

DMS Crane reserves the right to refuse or stop work if unsafe conditions exist.

Limitation of Liability

DMS Crane is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by:

• Weather

• Traffic

• Utility restrictions

• Site conditions

• Acts of God

• Customer-provided information

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific services provided.
