DMS Crane Service came through for me when other options required a costly Caltrans encroachment permit and Hwy 111 lane closure. Their skilled operator was able to lift my rooftop AC unit from a tight sidewalk space without needing a permit — saving time, stress, and red tape.
The cost was about the same as the only other alternative, but this approach avoided the highway closure entirely. The work was done quickly, safely, and professionally.
I’ll definitely be passing their name along to my neighbors who may face a similar situation. Highly recommend!

I wanted to say what I really liked about this company was, their prices was reasonably, they returned all my phone calls, answered all my questions. Most of all the day they were to make the drop for us they were here before time to do what needed to be done, and that speaks a lot for a company.
They were friendly and professional.
I would recommend this company.
Thank you DMS Crane company for a job well done!

Dms crane has always been there for us when we need to do hvac work. I appreciate the consistency and support that helps our jobs go smooth. They are always early or on time. Always there for the weekend lifts. Scheduling is easy. Their rigs are top notch, they have very nice and well kept cranes. Their operators are skilled and knowledgeable and I always have faith the job will be done safely.
